When you contact Visions Assisted Living by phone, email, text, or online platforms, you agree to receive related electronic communications from us. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.
Visions Assisted Living does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under direct parental or guardian supervision.
Our website or communications may reference third-party services or sites. Visions Assisted Living is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these providers. Inclusion does not signify endorsement.

Our Assisted Living Facility advice, estimates, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability or suitability for your purposes. Visions Assisted Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use or inability to use our services, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We aim to complete all jobs promptly. Most Assisted Living Facility is finished same-day or next-day, but timelines depend on the nature and extent of repairs or installations. We strive for timely, communicative service. Access to work areas during our normal business hours is required:

Visions Assisted Living reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for violations of these Terms or applicable law. We may also cancel appointments or jobs at our discretion with prior notice.
These Terms are governed by Apache Junction, AZ law. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Apache Junction, AZ.
Visions Assisted Living reserves the right to update these Terms. The most current version is available on our website or upon request. Continued use signifies acceptance.
